Brittany LeTourneau has been a part of our trusted legal team since 2019. From 2019 to 2024, Brittany served as our Senior Litigation Paralegal while she attended Suffolk University Law School.

In 2024, Brittany graduated from Suffolk University Law School earning a juris doctor degree. While attending Suffolk University Law School, she received multiple awards including the Best Oral Argument Award and Best Legal Brief Award. Brittany focuses her practice on personal injury, concentrating on matters involving serious personal injury, traumatic brain injuries, and wrongful death. She aims to support clients through challenging times and enjoys working with them to achieve the best results possible.

Prior to joining the firm, Brittany worked at the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office in Manchester, NH. In this role, she supported multiple Assistant County Attorneys with trial and hearing preparation as well as the organization and maintenance of legal files. She served as a case liaison between the prosecutor’s office and local, state and county law enforcement agencies as well as defense attorneys.

In addition to the experience that Brittany gained through working at a county prosecutor’s office, she also brings ample courtroom experience. Her prior role as a Drug Court Case Manager in Hillsborough County afforded her the opportunity to regularly attend court hearings and interact with court personnel, treatment providers, law enforcement and others involved in Drug Court proceedings. Brittany also worked as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician providing support to individuals in crisis or experiencing substance abuse withdrawals.

In addition to her juris doctor, Brittany holds a master‘s degree in International Criminal Law and Justice that she obtained from University of New Hampshire School of Law. Her undergraduate degree is in Criminal Justice. Brittany also gained experience studying internationally on issues such as Human Trafficking, Contemporary Slavery and Human Rights.

This robust work experience and educational background assists Brittany greatly while serving clients with the highest degree of expertise. She understands that clients are often struggling through difficult times when they reach out to the firm for assistance and guidance. Brittany is an active listener, compassionate individual, and detail-oriented professional. These traits enable her to effectively communicate not only with clients but also with other individuals that are involved in the litigation process.

When she is not working, Brittany enjoys a variety of outdoor summer activities, visiting her family in Maine, and spending time with her husband, Cole.
